The hotel didn't meet our expectations as the rooms were nothing like the pictures and also dirty. However, the staff spoke good English and was helpful with our inquiries. The location, though sketchy, is convenient for public transport, being just 5 minutes away from the train and tube stations. The dining options were below a 4-star standard, but the hotel exceeded our expectations in some areas.

The hotel offers clean and nicely decorated rooms, although they may appear smaller than in the pictures. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist guests even in urgent situations. The location, while convenient for train travel, is somewhat dodgy and requires caution at night. The dining experience may leave something to be desired, particularly in terms of breakfast service. Overall, a decent stay with good value for the money.

I found the hotel to be a mixed bag – it was convenient for train and port travel, offering nice dark rooms for sleeping, but unfortunately, it fell short with a strong unpleasant smell and a hostel-like appearance that was far from the attractive pictures. On the bright side, the spacious and clean breakfast area was a redeeming quality.

I stayed at this hotel on 19th and 20th June where I was charged €80 for a room with a 3 feet bed. The room was very narrow, more like an apartment, and looked nothing like the photos on booking. However, it was very small but clean with a nice shower room.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it convenient for train and port travel. However, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The location was central but the city surroundings were not ideal. Dining options were decent with some room for improvement.
